Pharmacists are an important part of any medical team.  Senior care pharmacists specialize in the care of older adults and provide drug expertise to patients and providers.  Older adults can benefit by partnering with a senior care pharmacist to ensure their medications are used appropriately to help achieve their medical and lifestyle goals.
